Named after the tree of the same name native to the Southeastern U.S., Texas and Mexico, this agave spirit-based cocktail is a perfect fit for an autumn night.
1 ounce Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Silver Blanco
½ ounce Tapatio Blanco Tequila
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce lime juice
1 ounce Osmanthus tea syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake all products. Shake again over ice. Serve in a small wine glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
